Role Summary:
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in acquiring and managing clients across health insurance plans, pharmaceutical companies, and health systems. You’ll focus on generating leads, fostering relationships, and helping us expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:

    • Identify and research potential clients, including healthcare insurance plans, pharmaceutical companies, and health systems.

    • Initiate outreach through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Pipeline Support:

    • Qualify prospects to understand their challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with our offerings.

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.

    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking all sales activities and client interactions.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with senior sales representatives to develop tailored strategies for potential clients.

    • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and generate interest within target industries.

    • Provide client feedback to internal teams to refine products and services.

  • Relationship Building:

    • Build initial connections with prospective clients and nurture relationships to create trust and interest.

    • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network with key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:

    • 1-2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health insurance sectors.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

    • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and eager to grow in a startup environment.

    • Familiarity with sales tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

    • Comfort with prospecting and cold outreach.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Accountability & Self-Motivation:

  • Goal Setting:

    • 1-2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health insurance sectors.

  • Performance Tracking:

    • Regularly review metrics and progress to stay on track with targets.

Relationship-Building in a Remote Setting:

  • Personalized Outreach:

    • Use email, LinkedIn, or virtual coffee chats to connect with prospects.

  • Video Communication:

    • Leverage video calls for introductions and follow-ups to build rapport.
